I think Grandpa needs more visitors. Since he's not going to work everyday, he's not used to being alone so often. He recently told me he hadn't been outside in 2-3 days. Discuss.

because i cant be there a lot, what if you took your laptop over sometime and i could use my roommates and we can video chat or something.. do you think that would work for gpa?

Tara and I visited with dad and went to the Reef for supper Saturday. He gobbled down an order of oysters (yuck). He was tired when we dropped him of at the house but in a good mood.
ReplyDeleteWhile we were there we did: Swept all carpets, cleaned up the TV room, cleaned up the kitchen, fixed the flag and light out front, and picked up a lot of the sticks out in the yard.
Items for a future work detail: Chimney needs work (mortar needs tucked and pointed), remove sticks and sweet gum seeds from roof/gutters, carpet in bathroom needs to go to a laundry mat (priority red).
Also, I have noticed carpenter ants the last few times I have been there. We need to look into where their nest is.
