Before a showing:
CLEAN AND DUST! It should look PERFECT- vacuum lines and all. No dust, no spiderwebs, no STANK smell that it has right now. Fresh, clean, bright, pretty, welcoming. Outside: pull weeds, sweep grass off driveway.
